La Fonteta, key factor to look for a win vs. ratiopharm Ulm to certify the 2nd place

Valencia Basket closes the 7DAYS EuroCup Regular Season and its series of three games in a row at La Fonteta in less than four days facing ratiopharm Ulm (Tuesday 5, 8:30 p.m., Fonteta, DAZN/Movistar+ dial 59) in a game of the round 18 of the European competition.

 

The taronja squad will have to overcome the accumulation of efforts and will rely on the encouragement of la Fonteta to give one last push and look for a win that would secure the second position in group B, which would also give them home court advantage in a hypothetical quarter-final series.

 

And incidentally extend the good dynamics at home, which has already amounted to eleven wins in a row at La Fonteta. Valencia Basket has in its favor both the historical record against this rival (which it has won on its three previous visits) and that of its home games against German teams (20-1 at La Fonteta so far).

 

Coach Joan Peñarroya will once again have a guards rotation with Sam Van Rossom, Neno Dimírjevic and Klemen Prepelic still sidelined.

 

Valencia Basket currently occupies the second position in group B of the 7DAYS EuroCup with a balance of 11-6.
